Care Instructions

• Remove all jewelry before showering or cleaning.
• Put your jewelry on after applying makeup, cosmetics, hairspray, perfumes, and lotion. These products contain chemicals that can often damage jewelry.
• Inspect your jewelry regularly to make sure stones are secure
• When cleaning your jewelry, use warm water and a dot of dishwashing soap, if needed. Scrub gently from underneath stones with a very soft toothbrush.
• Never clean any jewelry that is damaged, cracked or broken.
• Take your time and be gentle when cleaning your delicate fine jewelry.
• Remember to store your jewelry in a jewelry box or box with a lid to close to keep your jewelry dry and out of the air which can oxidized it.

Repair

We provide service for our jewelry when it is in need of repair from normal usage. Please email us a photo of the piece along with a message stating what needs to be repaired. Our Email address is danetteoneilldesigns@gmail.com.  We will provide you with an estimated repair fee, if there is one, turnaround time and an address to ship the piece to us.
