Shipping

Standard Delivery Time: Generally orders are shipped within (2-7) business days, excluding holidays. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground and delivery time is between 1-6 days depending on your location. Your order is shipped from zip code 94538 and you can get the estimated delivery time to your zip code at www.fedex.com.  We are only able to ship to one address per order and we are unable to ship to a PO Box.

Expedited Delivery: You can choose 2-Day, or 3-Day delivery at check out. Processing time still applies to Expedited Delivery orders. Please e-mail or call us before placing your order to ensure that we can meet your deadline if you have one.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  International shipping charges will be applied.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to an address WITHIN California are subject to sales tax of 9.5%.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive two e-mails from us. The first email will arrive shortly after your order is placed to confirm that we received your order and it is being processed. We will also contact you when your order has shipped.  It will include a tracking number for FedEx, UPS or USPS. You can use this number to track the delivery of your package online. If you do not receive these e-mails, it is possible that you entered an incorrect e-mail address, and you will need to call us directly to confirm your order at 415-999-7399

We create pieces made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for processing once the order is placed.
